An exciting opening awaits an experienced Finance Solution Architect to join our ERP Team. As the ERP Finance Solution Architect, you will be entrusted with the task of gathering and documenting business processes and requirements spanning the finance domain. Reporting to the Head of ERP, you will play a pivotal role in the overall ERP team responsible for delivering end-to-end Finance services.

About the Role:

As our ERP Finance Solution Architect, you will drive the transformation of our Finance Solutions and Architecture to keep pace with the dynamic demands of the Formula One business. This involves collaborating with the business to grasp processes and requirements, working with a team of seasoned functional and development experts to create knowledge assets that ensure the delivery, maintenance, and adoption of appropriate solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in gathering business requirements related to specific documented processes and excelling in translating them into an overall solution design following established best practices. In the Finance realm, this encompasses the end-to-end process across Finance, Controlling, and Reporting to ensure compliance with Formula One's evolving needs and regulatory obligations in the most efficient way.

After clarifying, documenting, and confirming requirements with stakeholders, the Solution Architect will collaborate with all affected parties to ensure the delivery of a world-class solution aligning with priorities and expectations. Activities may include exploratory workshops, solution blueprinting, prototyping, change impact assessments, testing phases, and adoption stages.

To be successful you will have:

Essential

Considerable proven Finance solution experience.Significant experience in a SAP Finance Domain Solution Architect role.Comprehensive functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and integration points with Supply Chain, Sales, and Distribution.Proficiency in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BTP, along with user experience of these solutions.Thorough knowledge of SAP Best Practices.Sound understanding of the latest development methodologies.Extensive experience in all SAP Finance-related modules and the broader SAP ecosystem.Strong planning, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-frequency change environment.Embody the company values of Passion, Respect, Innovation, Determination, and Excellence in everyday interactions.Organized, flexible, proactive, results-oriented, with a track record of delivering outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with Agile, Activate, and Product methodologies.Background in working within an Agile product-focused team.Familiarity with recognized architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.Experience in Automotive or R&D Industry Solutions.
