We have no red-tape or archaic structure and offer a flexible and agile approach to managing our teams which operate from offices in Liverpool, Manchester and Lancashire. Similarly, we try to support clients by way of a fixed-fee and retainer pricing wherever possible, so time recording is the exception rather than the rule. We have tripled our turnover year on year and have an outstanding client base across a variety of sectors.

What to expect:
We are looking to recruit a senior professional with the experience and expertise to build and potentially lead a Business Immigration team to help us service our existing client base and pro-actively grow the workstream. There will be a high level of responsibility and client contact from the outset and this is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and entrepreneurial team. There is potential and scope for the right person to grow with the business at their own pace and outside of the confines of a traditional law firm model.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have sound up to date technical knowledge of the relevant Immigration Rules and associated guidance and have a strong focus on Business Immigration. They will be able to support sponsors (from application onwards), providing strategic and practical advice on migrant resourcing and co-ordinating solutions which may often involve utilising the Skilled Worker and GBM routes. Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach to building internal and external relationships is key. We expect experience of line management with a view to further recruitment into the team.
