Information about the vacancy
The governors, staff and pupils of St Stephens Community Academy, who are members of An Daras Trust, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Apprentice Early Years Teaching Assistant to support in our wonderful Pre-school.
The apprenticeship course will be a mix of studying with The Skills Group (Plymouth) & working in the Pre School at St Stephens Community Academy.
The study time is likely to be virtual, once/twice a month with a few face to face sessions at the Skills Group Centre in Plymouth.
The job description for the Early Years Teaching Assistant is attached to the advert. You will receive full support, guidance and assistance from qualified colleagues.
The role will be Monday to Friday, 30 hours each week for 15 months (duration of the apprenticeship course) term time only.
The post will commence on 1st September 202- Have good levels of Literacy and Numeracy-achieved at least 5 GCSE's including Maths and English.
