Enfield, North LondonVeritas Education are working with an excellent secondary school in Enfield, North London who are looking for a motivated teaching assistant, who are able to work with children on a one to one basis and in small groups.

You will be expected to work with KS3/KS4 students. The school highly values the importance of academic knowledge and are wanting to recruit someone who shares this ethos.

You will be working alongside the teachers and other teaching assistants to support children in their attainment and progress.

You will need to support children's learning up to GCSE level, be adaptable accordingly to the needs of the individual children, and make observations and carry out sessions instructed by the teacher to improve progress.


The position would be perfect for a future trainee teacher looking to gain experience, or a recent graduate looking to test the waters of the field of education.


Key skills and experience needed:
Degree is preferred in core subjects such as English, Maths, Science and Humanities
Experience working with secondary aged children.
Contribute an enthusiastic and creative approach to learning.
Support with the delivery of the curriculum.
High levels of professionalism.
