We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced
L&D Business Partner to join us on a permanent,
full-time basis working
at our
Head Office on site in
Banbury but with regular travel to our Redditch site as required.


As a L&D Business Partner, your duties will include:

  • Engage with key stakeholders in internal customer groups to understand development needs and to ensure buy-in, alignment and successful delivery of training and development solutions
  • Identify and assess capability gaps and build L&D strategies to develop skills
  • Design, develop and deliver learning solutions and assessments across internal customer groups which support best practice, continuous improvement, compliance and efficiency, in line with business need
  • Responsibility for compliance to audit requirements for L&D interventions and training record keeping

What we are looking for in our ideal L&D Business Partner:

  • You must have experience gained in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • You will have experience in dealing with quality and compliance within an organisation
  • You should have some experience in process improvement and actively seek to change processes for the better, making them more efficient and/or cost effective
  • You will be adept at using Learning Management Systems and have experience of online learning design and delivery
  • You will have experience of supporting a multisite business, therefore be able to drive and be prepared to travel across the DCS Group sites as required
