We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Business Support Administrator to support our team.**UCB is an innovative service, jointly run by B&NES Council and the Royal United Hospital, to deliver domiciliary care to service users across Bath and Northeast Somerset locality. UCB's office is based in Cleeve Court in Bath.

This role is a permanent role working 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday office hours.

About the role
You will have excellent IT skills and be able to quickly learn new software and systems.

You will maintain and run all the operation and business requirements of the Home Care service working alongside the Home Care Leads.


You will oversee setting up and allocating people to the care rotas and you will work closely with the operational teams to ensure performance standards are monitored.

You will ensure operational reports are produced regularly, accurately and in a timely manner.


You will have a grasp of how a business operates and provide creative solutions and sound analytics to support our team.

Whilst working alongside professionals and other agencies to help achieve our ambitious goals.


A big part of the role is making a real difference to our client's lives by supporting our frontline staff to deliver exceptional care.


About you


We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is approachable and able to interact confidently with a range of people.


A background in health/social care is desirable as you will be supporting the frontline staff whilst they are out delivering care visits, answering queries from families and liaising with health and social care professionals.


This Role would suit someone who thrives in a busy team, who can think on their feet and who is able to cope with conflicting demands and deadlines.

You will need to be proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
