Production Operative positions available on early shift of hrs, Monday to Friday due to new orders.


Mecc Alte UK's industrial alternators and related components are recognised the world over for their quality and technological innovation and we enjoy the benefit of being part of a highly regarded multi-national group with global presence and reach.

As a Production Operative you will receive full training to undertake assembly tasks of an electro-mechanical nature.


Applicants with previous electro-mechanical assembly experience desired, but training will be provided to inexperienced applicants who demonstrate the right work ethic and attitude.


In order to provide the company with flexibility to meet customer needs, we encourage further development of new skills and experience across our assembly work areas.

In return employees receive increased reward.

Salary and Benefits:

Attractive starting salary at £21,673.60 for non-experienced individuals. Salary will progress further thereafter based on individual''s performance/skills/work ethic demonstrated at 3-6 months.

20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays (increasing with service to max 25 days)

4 x salary death in service benefit (eligible after 3 months service)

5% pension contribution (eligible after 3 months service)

Income from Operations Bonus scheme (annual) up to 7% of salary (discretionary scheme)
