Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated primary teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in the London Borough of Redbridge? We are seeking a dynamic Year 4 Teacher for a 12-month maternity cover position, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages all students to achieve their full potential.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings, contributing to the ongoing development of the school.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment, ensuring high standards of learning and teaching.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a respectful and safe learning environment.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably within Key Stage 2.Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school ethos.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a maternity cover role
