About The Role
We are looking for a Security Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining the security and safety of buildings and personnel at a client site that sees a lot of activity.
As part of your duties, you will ensure that all tasks are carried out professionally, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
You will follow a 4-day-on-4-day-off shift schedule, working from 06:00 to 18:00, which includes bank holidays. This amounts to 42 hours per week, working on a full-time, permanent basis.
- Act as the initial point of contact for employees and visitors, offering a courteous and helpful service.
- Monitor fire, security, and building systems.
- Control service area barriers and manage traffic flow.
In order to excel in this position, you should have:
- Prior experience in the Security Industry.
- An essential SIA license.
- The ability to work independently.
- A professional demeanor with strong decision-making skills and integrity.
