About the Role


The Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with the Quality Manager to ensure the organization's adherence to customer and regulatory standards, overseeing various quality assurance and control tasks to meet our KPIs.


The selected candidate will contribute to the Quality department, supporting essential processes such as NPI & Product Realisation, in alignment with the Total Quality Management vision.

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing product quality
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on quality matters
  • Resolving non-conforming products, First Articles, and related tasks
  • Managing article concessions and non-conformance reports
  • Contributing to the configuration and change management
  • Developing QMS procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans
  • Leading/supporting RCCA workshops for corrective actions
  • Executing FMEA, Controls Plans, and data monitoring
  • Ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards
  • Overseeing the calibration system
  • Participating in quality enhancement initiatives
  • Analyzing data for process improvements
  • Conducting internal audits and supporting quality reviews
  • Facilitating audits for compliance
  • Providing training on quality assurance and supply chain requirements
Required Skills:
  • Proven Quality Engineering experience in aerospace, nuclear, or similar sectors
  • Strong analytical and problems-solving skills using tools like FMEA, SPC, etc.
  • AS9100 / ISO9001 certification
  • Proficiency in engineering drawings and CAD models
  • IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
Additional training will be provided for the right candidate with opportunities for advancement.

Preferred Experience:
  • Quality Engineering background with practical experience
  • Familiarity with AS9100 QMS standards
  • Experience with AS9102 FAI and ISO14001 is beneficial
  • Knowledge of NADCAP AC7108 / AC7114
  • Auditing experience is advantageous
