YourGP is a prestigious private GP practice with two clinics in Edinburgh; one in the picturesque Dean Village and the other on Dundas Street.


We offer a wide range of services, including but not limited to GP consultations, gender services, sexual health, occupational health, aesthetic treatments, childhood vaccinations and travel health.

Our approach is one that focuses on treating each patient with the highest possible level of clinical care and at the same time providing a friendly and reassuring experience.


We are looking for a confident, calm, intelligent and well-presented individual who can join our team in providing administrative support to some of the key areas of the business.


It is essential you are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and possess excellent skills in communication and organisation.

You will have the ability to work as a part of a close-knit team and on your own initiative with mínimal supervision.

Previous experience of working in a health care setting, or office environment, would be advantageous, but full training will be given to the successful applicant.


  • Typing up and sending clinical reports/referrals
  • Organising the diary for key clinical staff
  • Booking appointments
  • Processing medical paperwork in a timely manner
  • Managing patient and client requests

Essential

  • Excellent people skills and comfortable dealing with customers

Desirable

  • Previous office/medical practice experience
