We are seeking a Host / Hostess for a full-time position overseeing the Food & Beverage outlets at a prestigious 5-star hotel in London. Reporting to the F&B Operations Managers.

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days on and 2 days off, 8-hour shifts from 12:30pm to 9pm

Salary: £23,795.20 per year + service charge

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in a similar role, possessing a warm smile, approachable demeanor, and a strong team spirit. Attention to detail is essential.

As a Host / Hostess, your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests warmly with eye contact
  • Providing accurate wait times and escorting guests to dining areas
  • Handling phone calls and emails professionally
  • Promoting Food & Beverage outlets to guests and completing admin tasks
