• We are seeking a dedicated Project Worker to join our team at a 26-bed supported housing scheme in Peterborough.
• This role is part-time (30 hours a week) on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
• We need someone who is compassionate, a problem-solver, and possesses exceptional communication skills.
• You should have a strong belief in your abilities to help our customers live independently.
• Knowledge of benefits and housing management is essential, along with proficiency in Word and Excel.
• You will act as a mentor and coach for individuals facing various challenges such as substance abuse and mental health issues.
• Being non-judgemental, proactive, and empathetic is key in assisting customers to make positive life choices.
• Your ability to handle anti-social behavior incidents effectively will be crucial.
• Teamwork is vital, as you will need to support your colleagues to ensure adequate staffing levels for customer support.
• Occasional early starts may be required for interviews and sign-ups.
