SRJ Windows are now recruiting an experienced Installations Co-ordinator to join our administration team.

This will be an interesting and varied role supporting several key processes within the business whilst liaising with customers, suppliers and SRJ departments.


Regular tasks will include

  • Managing, scheduling, coordinating and organising all company surveys and installations
  • Ensuring all products, equipment and labour are available to meet contract deadlines and sitespecific requirements
  • Customer service calls to book survey and installation dates
  • Effectively dealing with customer and supplier queries
  • Liaising with surveyors and checking post survey paperwork
  • Online product ordering, acknowledgements and invoice authorisation
  • Coordination of product deliveries
  • Working closely with the installations manager to ensure processes and timelines are adhered too
  • Effective use of client database
Prior experience of working in a relevant environment and as part of a team is essential

Experience in the Double-Glazing / Home improvement industry would be beneficial.

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
