Join our dynamic and welcoming team as a Business Development Executive, where your main goal is to discover and convert potential clients into satisfied customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through phone calls
- Organize and participate in client meetings
- Mostly based in our office, with 2-4 client meetings weekly
- Use a provided database for targeted cold calling
Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 50 cold calls daily
- Deliver outstanding in-person communication and presentations
- Interact confidently with clients, including those at Director level
- Display quick learning abilities, intelligence, and team spirit
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude during phone conversations
- Show determination and persistence in overcoming challenges to achieve success
