Job Summary:

The Production Operative is responsible for all aspects within the Production cycle

  • Filling, Finishing, Packaging etc
Following GMP and Health and Safety guidelines

Completing products in a timely fashion and to a high quality standard

Working with other departments such as Stock Control to ensure products and components are correct

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing environment and equipment for filling operations
  • Filling, crimping and shrouding operations
  • Finishing operations, including plaquing, shielding, gemming, boxing and labelling
  • Calibrating machines
  • Sanitising production environment and keeping fit for packaging operations
  • Reporting issues to QC and PM
  • Ensuring quality of product in line with instruction and GMP requirements
  • Following hygiene and health and safety requirements
  • Ensuring products do not get mixed up, are properly segregated and labelled through the production process
