nThe role is remote within the UK but require occasional travel for meetings.

Quality Assurance:

nDevelop and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure the quality of our software products.nManage a team of quality assurance engineers and influence the development team to provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to help them grow and develop their skills.nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure that quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.nDefine, document, and implement testing processes, standards, and procedures that adhere to industry best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.nWork closely with product management to ensure that product requirements are clear, testable, and achievable, and that quality is built into the product from the beginning.
