Beauty Technic , a growing company in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Product Sourcer & Supplier Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality beauty products from domestic and international suppliers.
- Research and identify new trends and innovations in the beauty market.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and terms with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in beauty product sourcing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing software (a plus).
- Experience with import/export regulations (a plus).
- Ability to travel occasionally (a plus).
