Food Manufacturing Team

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (2 days, 2 nights). 12-hour shifts (with optional overtime)

Salary: Starting at £52000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting planned preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and plant
  • Minimizing downtime and troubleshooting a variety of machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Supporting root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and operational efficiencies
  • Assisting in project work, including the integration of new plant and equipment

Requirements:

  • Relevant Engineering qualification
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production is desirable but not mandatory
  • Ideally skilled in both mechanical and electrical tasks
  • PLC experience is a plus
