We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced sales representative to play a crucial role in the continuous growth of our online sales department.

Joining our team means working from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a weekday off, and also handling shifts every other weekend, from 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays (averaging 42 hours per week).

This role comes with an enticing package and benefits with an OTE of £36,000.

This presents an exciting opportunity to be part of the nascent stages of an expanding section in the vehicle sales domain.

Your core responsibilities will involve converting leads provided by our strategic partners into sales. This necessitates leveraging your adeptness in relationship building and negotiation, all while ensuring exceptional customer service.


Within a goal-oriented setting, you will:

  • Manage multiple leads, engaging with customers through phone and email.
  • Prepare specifications and quotes based on established discount structures.

Explain and provide finance quotes following set rates and terms, adhering to customer fairness principles.

Regularly update and maintain the customer database.Negotiate sales, including potential part exchange scenarios.Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives when necessary.Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle.

Support both colleagues and management by handling day-to-day operations, encompassing customer interactions and internal processes.

Cultivate positive relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for new collaborations.Conduct prospecting calls to current customers and manage leads from marketing endeavors.Establish trust, exceed customer expectations, and ensure a service-focused experience that leads the industry.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a sales environment is a must.
  • Demonstrable success in sales and customer service.

Proficient in following compliant sales procedures and maintaining professionalism in phone and email communications.
