Used and/or New Car Sales Executive required by my Main Dealer Motor Garage based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Job Role: New or Used Sales Executive
Job Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
The basic salary is £20,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of around 50-55k
Hours:
- Monday – Friday: day off in the week am to 6pm
- Saturday: 8.30am to 5pm
- Sundays: 10am to 4pm (on a rota basis)
Role of Used and New Car Sales Executive:
- Experience in the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
- Enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated track record in meeting objectives
- Determination to succeed and drive performance daily
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Highly motivated and organized
Additional Requirements:
- Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and showcase vehicles accordingly
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales, including add-on sales
- Maximize all sales opportunities for repeat and new business
- Hold a valid UK driving license
