We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our team at Farnell UK. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced global business, working with the latest technology and leading companies in the industry.

You will be reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager of Customer Growth and work closely with the wider teams developing marketing automation strategies and executing campaigns through a marketing automation platform. The team has an easy-going working culture and a desire to get the job done.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record and Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive results in a B2B or performance marketing capacity

Office located in Leeds – The role is remote/hybrid and office based 2 days a week

What will you be doing:

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with Farnell Global's growth goals.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work closely with the Senior Customer Growth Manager and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and improve customer engagement.
  • Consult with marketing teams on automation and channel best practices to launch a successful marketing automation campaign
  • Data Management: Ensure data hygiene and accuracy by managing data flows between Marketo and other platforms (CRM, CMS, etc.).
  • Personalization and Segmentation: Leverage Marketo's capabilities to create personalized experiences for our audience segments.
  • Dive into campaign performance and customer data to inform strategy and continuously enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Keep our marketing automation platform running smoothly, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

What about you:

  • Proven experience in marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong experience with A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience developing marketing automation strategies and executing campaigns through a marketing automation platform
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to streamline marketing processes and measure campaign performance.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and communicating with stakeholders.
