We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individual, to take on an exciting opportunity in the role of
Support Worker, providing high quality support to our vulnerable homeless clients.

We provide accommodation and a support hub in Reading city centre for people experiencing homelessness.


Working as part of a team and being responsible to the Programme Coordinator, the successful applicant will have a caseload of residents, providing one to one/individual support, working with residents to plan how support needs can be met.


You will also be supporting and empowering residents through meaningful activities and to move through a structured resettlement programme, promoting choice and control, into the wider community and independence.
