What we need you to do

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to assess requirements, document, and enhance processes focusing on maximizing business system utilization and supporting data architecture. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, this role provides a chance to shape end-to-end processes for the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and third parties to identify and analyze business user processes, procedures, and workflows, pinpointing issues and risks.
  • Promoting agile/continuous improvement mindsets and activities within teams.
  • Conducting workshops with business stakeholders and third parties for user process walk-throughs.
  • Establishing a framework to document existing business user processes, including end-to-end processes.
  • Developing comprehensive process maps and departmental playbooks.
  • Engaging actively with business stakeholders and third parties to provide insights into business user processes and propose improvements.
  • Testing, monitoring, and evaluating the efficiency of operational user processes.
  • Performing cost/performance benefit analysis, cause and effect analysis, data analysis, and assessing and documenting the consequences of any process alterations.
  • Tracking the impact of process changes and the effectiveness of such modifications.
  • Ensuring all operational changes adhere to the change control process.
  • Documenting and overseeing all user processes to ensure a uniform format is utilized and processes are current and accessible.
  • Managing contractual/non-contractual process changes through the Change Management procedure.
  • Supporting the documentation of data strategy and architecture within the business.

What we need from you

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain structures, processes, and standards.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record in extensively analyzing business processes and workflows.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to effectively engage with individuals at all levels, simplifying complex information as necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and become a valued team member.
  • Capacity to prioritize, troubleshoot, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, following leadership guidance based on 'intent'.
  • Proficiency in Process Mapping (BPM) and Business Process Reengineering.
  • Understanding of the business's data strategy requirements.
  • Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
  • Proven expertise in creating process documentation using dedicated tools.
  • Experience with cloud applications. Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
