Job Description:

Seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen crew. Play a critical role in our culinary processes, ensuring top-notch dish preparation and presentation.


Your key responsibilities will involve:
  • Supporting Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen activities
  • Preparing and presenting dishes in your section
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
  • Overseeing portion and waste control for profit margin upkeep
  • Contributing to menu planning and innovation
  • Training and supervising junior kitchen staff

Experience:

Proven track record as a Chef de Partie in high-end dining settings.
