About the role:
We are in search of a dynamic Head of Operations to lead the operational functions within the product arm of Faculty.
This crucial role involves close collaboration with the Chief Product Officer and the Product leadership team to streamline and enhance the overall organisational efficiency.
What you'll be doing:

Management Operating System Oversight: Ensure the seamless functioning of the Management Operating System, addressing issues promptly to eliminate friction.

Business Process Design and Implementation:Design and implement effective business processes to optimise workflow and enhance overall productivity.

Strategic Priorities and Programme Management:Collaborate with the leadership team to establish and execute strategic priorities. Provide effective program management for priority areas and improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the FP&A function for budgeting and financial planning. Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to optimise their operations.

Data and Reporting Management: Ensure the availability of accurate data and reporting systems to monitor performance. Work closely with relevant teams to implement and refine reporting structures.

Team Management:Provide leadership to a broader product operations team, including product operations managers and team coordinators.

Operations Management Background: Possess a strong background in operations management, with a deep understanding of product management and software development processes.

Commercial Acumen:Solid commercial acumen, demonstrating an understanding of business dynamics and their impact on operations.

Effective Communicator and Collaborator: Experienced in collaborating and communicating with leadership teams, capable of leading change initiatives and engaging in debate.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to discern and implement effective use of data and reporting for organisational improvement.
