Develop and maintain robust loss prevention policies and procedures aligned to industry standards, regulatory requirements and business strategy.
Develop and implement branch training programmes to educate colleagues on security measures and best practice.
Support profit protection actively across the branch network, delivery hubs and the Selco distribution centre
Liaise cross functionally to update and manage the Business Risk Register

Manage a team of field-based profit protection specialists and office-based support team to achieve the Selco profit protection strategy.

Utilise the field-based teams to conduct regular audits and assessments of security protocols and procedures.

Establish and maintain relationships with external partners such as security firms, CCTV monitoring companies and out of hours services.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on profit protection activities, performance and outcomes.
Act as subject matter expert for the business on security, risk and legal & regulatory compliance.
Undertake any additional projects that may be required as defined by the Senior Leadership Team or Grafton Group

Candidates to be aware that this is a hybrid position with a mixture of office based (Wythall), field and home working.

Proven experience in a senior profit protection role is essential.
Experience writing investigation reports and statements.
