Design Manager – Role Summary:
As a Design Manager, you will spearhead design functions for various projects, from tender to completion. This involves working with both internal and external teams to deliver cost-effective, innovative solutions and ensure smooth project execution.
Design Manager – What You Will Be Doing:
Innovate and Lead:
Drive the development of creative design solutions and manage the design process.
Collaborate:
Build strong relationships with design partners, clients, and subcontractors.
Lead Meetings:
Conduct design team meetings and workshops, ensuring productive outcomes.
Oversee Design:
Manage the entire design lifecycle, resolving queries and ensuring compliance.
Value Engineering:
Implement the latest construction techniques for cost-effective designs.
Monitor and Report:
Track design progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards.
Design Manager – Key Accountabilities:
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Organise and manage project deliverables efficiently.
Solve problems analytically and make informed decisions.
Lead the design team independently and collaboratively.
Proficiently use MS Office and collaborative platforms.
