The Innovative Health team is seeking an IH Portfolio Manager to manage and oversee the operational health of a portfolio of innovative health capabilities and solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Launch Excellence, the Portfolio Manager will measure, monitor and report on the health of the pipeline, pipeline throughput, and associated portfolio-level operational metrics.

Build the foundation required to ensure consistency in approach to portfolio oversight, measurement and reporting when engaging with IH, IHEA, BGIA, and GD partners and beyond, inclusive of portfolio-level achievement of timelines and consumption of budget and resource.

Drive team alignment in creation of integrated project/program plans, timelines and budgets and ensuring efficient delivery of portfolio.
Direct annual program goal setting in alignment with IH/BGIA/GD overall goals and monitoring progress against these goals.
Maintain and deploy risk mitigation strategies to amplify portfolio health, mapping dependencies, trade-offs and implications of re-prioritization efforts.
Establish framework for measuring, monitoring and course correcting portfolio throughput.

Maintain pipeline health, and perform backlog grooming, by adhering to a rigorous intake process, identifying commonality and overlap within and across GD initiatives.

Establish, lead and deploy the portfolio innovation capacity management process.
Own and deliver portfolio reporting to senior leadership.
Escalate risks in portfolio delivery and define and lead strategic approaches to ensure mitigation.
Own contract and vendor management for key innovation partners
Oversee and manage innovation operations budget annually while ensuring financial stability and effective prioritization.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. 5+ years in program management experience or equivalent experience is required.
~ Successful track record of leading and implementing portfolio excellence capabilities within large cross-functional teams across diverse project portfolio is required.
~ Expert project management skills, cross-functional engagement and organizational skills are required.
~ Ability to influence and negotiate across a wide range of senior partners (i.e., Ability to provide operational strategic direction and guidance to ensure portfolio health is required.
~ Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach to planning, executing, and problem solving is required.
~ Budget management expertise and strong financial competence is required.
~ Consistent track record of building, leading and developing productive teams and collaborations is required.
~ Skill & experience in change management is required.
~ Ability to look for and champion more efficient and effective methods/processes of portfolio delivery with emphasis on key performance metrics around reliability, productivity, cost and quality is required.

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.

Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
