We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is flexible and has excellent secretarial, administrative and communication skills.

You must have the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure. You will be providing administration support for the Commercial depot. The role is based in East London Bow

You will be part of an existing team of Team Administrators who provide comprehensive secretarial and administration support to the Service.

You should have good verbal and written communication skills.

• Complete admin tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures and best practise.
• Ensure all messages are passed to the relevant departments.
• Telephone answering
• Assisting in managing filling systems and general admin

Salary/ Hours

• Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00

- £12.50 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Essential Experience

• Fluent in using Microsoft packages: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Have good spoken and written communication skills
• Be confident about gathering facts and statistics
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
• Be able to use databases, spreadsheets, word processing and accounts packages
