Deliver excellent customer service at all times to maximise the bar income to provide a commercial return for the W&EB and enhance the reputation of the W&EB.


About us


Windsor and Eton Brewery, or "webrew" for short, was founded in 2009 by four friends, keen to put great beer back on the map of Windsor.

this small and people - led business brews quality and flavoursome beer, stocking pubs and supermarkets nationwide.

Alongside their brewery, they run a handful of pubs with the view of adding more gems to their portfolio in the coming years.

Key responsibilities ( the list is not exhaustive)

  • Selfmotivated to absorb all training and work to the highest standards always
  • Take the initiative on shift to ensure you are always adding value
  • When on shift address any people concerns promptly and sensitively, in line with the company Handbook
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times with effective management of any problems
  • Take responsibility for your part in setup, effective operation, standards, and profitability of the bar when on shift
  • Ensure compliance with terms of premises licence, licensing objectives, data protection, Health & Safety at Work and COSHH
  • Ensure you adhere to opening and closing procedures, including security and health & safety of people and property
Propose ideas to the GM to grow sales, maximising all opportunities, including product quality, range and offers, appropriate events, advertising and promotions, and attractive ambience
