We are extremely proud tobe supporting the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity on a probono basisin their search for a Fundraising Executive to represent them inWorcestershire.

Establishedin 1991 Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is responsible for providingprehospital critical care across the six Midlands counties byoperating three air ambulance helicopters and three critical carecars.

As thelocal face of Midlands Air Ambulance in Worcestershire you willdevelop relationships with existing supporters creating andbuilding links with new supporters and raising awareness of thecause within thearea.

Youwill provide support to the Events and Area Fundraising Managerworking within the wider fundraising division. As a key member ofthe team you will attend in person and online community engagementevents leading on activity within the Worcestershireregion.

Yourfocus will be to ensure income growth from community sources andactivity comprising of individuals community groups schools andsmall community businesses. You will also need to innovate anddevelop new ways of working in line with the everchanging externalenvironment (i.e. global/national trends and events) as well as inresponse to opportunities and challenges happening in theWorcestershireregion.

Ideallyyou will have experience in managing relationships and cultivatingnew ones. You need to be able to talk confidently on a onetoone andgroup basis and be able to match your communication to youraudience whether it be school children orcorporate.
