Are you an experienced Personal Assistant seeking a new and exciting challenge? Our client, a prominent organization in the Utilities sector, is in search of a proactive and dedicated Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their NGT Directors and their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a seamless experience
- Efficiently manage and organize meetings and travel arrangements for the Directors and senior leadership team
- Provide support for virtual meetings and utilize technology effectively
- Assist in creating communications and presentations, collaborating with Media & External Comms as needed
- Coordinate ad-hoc projects within the team
- Manage inquiries and handle confidential information
- Offer PA support to colleagues during absences
- Coordinate team events and manage expenses and purchase orders for the team
- Provide secretarial support including preparing documents and correspondence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in interacting with senior staff members
- Proficient in managing expenses and purchase orders
- Strong initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
