A number of ServiceNow Developers are required for an initial 6 month contract. The role is remote and is INSIDE IR35 so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company. You will also need to be a UK passport holder.

*2x ServiceNow developer/ technical consultants

o5+ years experience with ServiceNow, including Employee Center Pro, HRSD, ITSM

oExperience of implementing Employee Center Pro for IT and HR.

oExperience migrating from custom Service Portal / ESC portal to EC Pro.

oExperience with analysing and understanding complex, custom ServiceNow environments, including custom code, scripts, widgets..

oExperience running technical workshops, creating technical designs and recommending solutions aligned to ServiceNow best practice

CSDM (Common Service Data Model) implementation - 3 resources

*3 x CSDM developers / technical consultants

o5+ years experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, CMDB and CSDM

oExperience designing and building CMDB data models aligned to CSDM best practice framework.

oExperience working with client stakeholders to build service maps for critical business services in ServiceNow CSDM

oExperience running design workshops, creating data models and recommending solutions aligned to ServiceNow best practice

oExperience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with other data sources
