The Supply Room are currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a reputable school in Derby City Centre.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with students in Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, and Key Stage 4, providing guidance, support, and intervention to help manage challenging behaviour and promote positive outcomes.


Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • SEN qualifications are desirable
  • Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing behaviour management strategies and interventions
  • Providing oneonone support to students with challenging behaviour
  • Assisting with the development of individualized behaviour plans
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress and reporting to relevant stakeholders


The school offers a competitive pay rate starting at £81.76 per day, with the potential for higher rates depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time temporary position.


Located in Derby City Centre, the school also benefits from excellent public transport links, making it easily accessible for staff.
