Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily food offerings, from breakfast to dinner, ensuring top-notch quality
  • Lead and supervise a team of Commis Chefs alongside the Chef de Partie
  • Handle orders from Chef de Parties, delegate tasks to Commis Chefs, and ensure their proper execution
  • Quality check food to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
  • Adapt to guests' special requests and handle any challenges that arise during service
