Agile Coach - Project Management - Government - SC Clearance Hybrid/South West - £600 - £650 a day

South West/Hybrid Remote - Up to £650 a day - 6+ months

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and coach Agile principles and practices to delivery team
  • Lead the increasing maturity of Agile capability across all delivery teams
  • Engage with the wider organisation to increase use of agile working practices

Essential skills:

  • Familiarity with common Agile practices and serviceoriented environments
  • Proven experience using Agile project management methods
  • Understanding of Software Engineering Practices
  • Ability to learn other processes and methodologies
  • Sound understanding of the digital landscape, open source technologies and modern practices around continuous deployment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience of Software Development processes and procedures
  • Experience of matrix management
