As a Senior in Restructuring and insolvency your will be managing case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression and closure as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner.
This is a pivotal role when it comes to investigations into directors and debtors conduct as you will be attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and other relevant parties.
As an experienced case handler you will be expanding on your current skill set as you work collaboratively with directors and employees both pre and post appointment as well as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases.
In terms of qualifications you will have completed your ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency Qualification.
Insolvency experience is essential for the role as you will need to be confident in managing asset valuations and realisations independently.
You will also be a point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends.We are keen to develop you on your career journey, with our support your duties will evolve as you become a mentor to your supporting colleagues with the view to progress into management.
