Position Overview:
We are searching for a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer to join a fast growing client with an amazing culture. You will work independently or alongside other engineers, providing professional and dependable service to our customers. This role involves the commissioning of fire alarm systems, setting up cause and effects, and completing required paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation projects from design through to completion, reporting to project leads
  • Commission fire alarm systems including Advanced, Apollo, Hochiki, and Kentec panels
  • Commission door access systems such as Paxton and Pac
  • Complete necessary paperwork and reports promptly
  • Attend reactive warranty calls and breakdowns, diagnosing and rectifying faults

Requirements:

  • Experience as a multi-disciplined Fire Engineer
  • Familiarity with BAFE accreditation
  • Experience with Advanced, Hochiki, and other fire alarm systems
  • Advantageous to have commissioning experience
  • Full driving license
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays
  • Flexible attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Health & Safety trained
