As a Senior Vehicle Development Artist at Lighthouse Games, you'll play a crucial role in our project's growth and execution, focusing on creating new features and refining processes while establishing the vehicle creation pipelines.


We are seeking individuals who excel as team players with a background in vehicle content pipelines and possess a remarkable level of proficiency in vehicle modeling, setting new standards in visual quality.

Your primary responsibility will be crafting exceptional vehicle content using advanced 3D modeling techniques, paying close attention to material precision and texturing methods.

Your collaborative work across various departments will be vital in realizing the studio's artistic vision, enhancing the immersive gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Research and innovation in features and processes
  • Developing and providing high-quality graphical vehicle content for gaming
  • Ensuring vehicle assets meet technical and artistic standards
  • Managing personal deliverables efficiently to meet quality and schedule requirements
  • Offering guidance and support to Vehicle Artists for their professional development and maintaining a cohesive team

Requirements

  • Experience with new feature development and vehicle pipelines
  • Knowledge of Physically Based Rendering techniques
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling tools and texture creation
  • Familiarity with modern texture authoring tools
  • Understanding of vehicle mechanical composition
  • Passion for automotive design principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired:

  • Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Substance Suite
  • Experience with Autodesk, Maya 2023, 3D Studio Max
  • Knowledge of Game Engines - Bespoke, Common
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
