We are looking for a passionate
and guest focused Luggage Porter to join our incredible Concierge team at Pan
Pacific London.

You show confidence, empathy and
professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm

you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride
and attention to detail in your work and you put people at the heart of every

JOB SUMMARY

Working as the Luggage Porter, you
will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and
departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This role involves
handling and transporting luggage, providing information and assistance to
guests, and supporting the front office and concierge team as needed. The
Luggage Porter plays a vital role in creating a positive first and last
impression for hotel guests. Your tasks as a Luggage Porter will include but
not be limited to:

Provide a
warm welcome and farewell by assisting guests with luggage during arrival and
departure.

·
Ensure
guests comfort by making all necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest
rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.

·
Greets
guests and escorts them to their rooms.

·
Provide
directions and information about hotel facilities and local attractions.

·
Support the
front office team with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed.

·
Address
guest complaints or concerns promptly and report them to the supervisor if
necessary.
