The role
There's a lot to love about working at Victory, especially if you work in our brilliant Production team.
As a Plumber, you'll be reporting to a Team Leader to make sure our homes reach holidaymakers and park owners looking their best.
You'll be expected to:
- Produce Right First Time Quality workmanship
- Achieve Takt times consistently to achieve production targets and meet demand
- Strictly adhere to all company Health and Safety policies
- Work as part of a team to achieve company goals
- Keep work area clean and tidy at all times
You'll have:
Essential:
- Be able to read drawings for pipe layouts and fixture fitting
- Prepare and fit pipework to the holiday home
- Prepare and fit all plumbing pottery and associated fixings
- Prepare and fit central heating boilers and radiators
Desirable:
- Previous plumbing experience within the holiday home industry
- LPG gas certification
You'll be:
- Proactive with a cando attitude.
- Flexible and willing to work in other areas of the factory when required
- Willing to undertake training if required within your role
Salary:
£16.01 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
