Maintenance Contract Administrator

We are expanding our growing maintenance division, offering an opportunity for an office based administrative position.
The role will be assisting the Maintenance Management Team in all areas of maintenance administration, reporting and ad-hoc job support. There is scope within the role to develop and build upon the duties listed below for the right person with keen eye for detail and initiative.
Tasks include but are not limited to,
- Preparing schedules
- Raising work permits for the site teams,
- Reviewing and filing reports
- Assisting with the preparation of health and safety documents
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports
- Ordering of materials
Initially the role will be 24 hours,
Monday-Friday per week, this can be split over 3 to 5 days.
This position is working from our new office near St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Salary in line with experience.
