Internal Sales Executiveto join our fast-paced Internal Sales team to manage our existing customer contract renewal opportunities.


This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Uxbridge

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage between inbound leads per annum
  • Meet / exceed a >20% conversion rate on new internal leads
  • Seek out opportunities to crosssell/upsell products to assigned existing customer base
and uncover new business leads for the Field based & Key Accounts teams
- ensure all pending contracts due for expiry are effectively planned for renewal 6 months
ahead of time

  • Ensure the successful quotations, rental and purchase agreements are processed via the
CRM quotation system

  • Conduct effective customer account reviews telephonically and via teams
  • Accurately forecast of monthly sales performance
  • Manage and follow up all open opportunities within CRM

About You

There is no cold calling required as part of this role, you will therefore be extremely motivated with at least 2 years' experience working within a busy, fast paced outbound telephonic, KPI driven environment with a passion for exceeding your targets.

It goeswithout saying you will have excellent communication skills with a high level, professional approach to customer service.

Ideally have at least 2 years telephonic B2B sales experience within an FMCG or Retail industry. You will be articulate, persuasive and influential with exceptionally high communication skills that will be instrumental in you closing those deals
