We're looking for an experienced and ambitious social media and marketing assistant to join team Lime Tree.

We need a creative, pro active and self motivated person with a passion for social media, digital marketing, blogging and photography.

Can you create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns?

Main duties and responsibilities include:

- create and schedule engaging high quality content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms

  • Identify industry trends and insights implementing social media campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and reach.
  • Manage the daytoday handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our brand in line with our brand tone
  • Daily Community Management, monitoring and engaging with users on social media platforms, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Capture footage & images around the nurseries to include stories and reels.
  • Oversee, plan, and deliver organic content across different platforms.
  • Analyse competitor activity and conduct competitor research
  • Write Blog posts for the website.
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
  • Website Management, including backend.
  • Paid Ads Management
  • Stay up to date with social media practices and trends
  • Strong verbal and written communications and the ability to follow instructions and interact with a wide range of people

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
From £11,440.00 per year
