About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for our schools located in Lydney.

We work with many excellent Primary schools who are looking for Teaching Assistants to join them We ideally need people who can start ASAP.

The roles will be either on a full-time or part-time basis, there can be flexibility to this depending on your requirements and availability.

This could also be on either a long term or temporary basis.

Your role will include:

  • Supporting students with their learning
  • Supporting the Teacher with their lessons
  • Managing behaviours effectively
  • Promoting good progress and outcomes
  • Create a positive environment for the class
  • Helping with any SEN

What we are looking for:


We are looking for a positive and motivated individual who will have the ability to adapt to various situations and help supporting students and the teacher.

This individual will need to be caring and nurturing in order to build positive relationships with students.

Resilience is also key as there could be challenging behaviour to deal with, so confidence to deal with this is crucial.

SEN experience is desirable but not essential.

Working with Long-term Teachers
