Chiropractic Assistant

Job Summary:

The practice is located at Far Peak Business Park, just outside of Northleach in the Cotswolds; an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This position will require
26 hours working per week, with the possibility of future increase.

Duties:

• Assist Chiropractors with all areas of patient care
• Greet patients and help them feel comfortable during their visit
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home care exercises
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and answering phone calls
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the clinic

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare and/or customer service setting is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards patients
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Computer literacy is essential
• Strong interest in natural health, fitness and wellbeing is advantageous
