Company Description


The staff catering facilities at Frasers Head office has 60 vending machines on site spread across the warehouse and office.

The catering team are responsible for ensuring that all the machines are fully stocked, clean and operational.

The role requires vending operator to move stock around the building and replenish the machines. Any faults or damaged equipment will need to be reported, and pricing checked and corrected if there are errors. All the machines need to be cleaned and service points replenished, with cutlery and napkins.

The catering team will also be required to maintain high levels of cleanliness and ensure that the front of house areas are clean and tidy.


Job Description:

  • Moving stock to different locations
  • Completing checks on vending machines and pricing
  • Always work safely and follow all food related legal requirements, and manual handling
  • Stock is kept secured and stock levels are monitored for both food and other consumables
  • Clean and restock machines
  • Emptying cash out of vending machines and reconciling against the cash and card readings
  • Clean and tidy service areas and catering equipment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer care
  • Cash handling and numerical skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Able to manage and move deliveries (manual handling)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety

Hours: Full Time 37.

5 hours per week:

Rate of pay £10.

42 p/h:

Working days 5/- earliest start time 07:00am latest finish 20:30pm:


  • Rotas are completed 4 weeks in advance and there will be a combination of midweek and weekends on a rota basis.
