We are supporting a client in Burgess Hill with finding a Customer Support Executive. This is a full-time office based position, offering you a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience. Ideally you will be a driver due to company location. You would be working an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for responding to email and telephone enquiries with direct customer communication
- Assisting with and monitoring customer accounts including direct debits and taking payments
- Support other departments with administrative tasks
- Preparing and checking invoices
- Chase payments from customers where required
- Updating customers with service status through to post sales
- Generate reports when required
- Sales and finance administration when required
