Job description
We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic Barista members for our new location in Dronfield. If you have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills and thrive in a bustling environment, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of highquality coffee beverages, following our established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including coffee machines, equipment, and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive and cando attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
